Merlin Complete Auto Care

Brought my car in for a loud exhaust system. It needed a muffler and a resonator. They evaluated it on Tuesday, order the parts that day and I made an appointment for Wednesday at 1:00. They texted me to affirm the parts came in and to affirm my appointment. My kinda customer service! They got me right in Wednesday at 1:00. I waited there for it and they had it done in 1 1/2 hours. Can’t beat that! Great service! Very nice people!

I went there only trusting the google reviews but came back very disappointed. If you come back after they have inspected your car (PAID for it; not a free inspection) with the same issue, that surely is a huge disappointment. What’s more disappointing is they give you a list of other things that need fixing as well along with a huge price. I mean you didn’t fix one thing I brought my car for and yet you are asking to come back and fix other things here too??? Noooo…

Stephen was the person upfront at the counter while I was waiting. He was able to have a conversation with me and let me know exactly what was going on. This has been my first time doing an oil change. He was very pleasant, very informative and took matters of few minutes to have everything done and completed I thank you so much.

Joe is as honest as it gets. I have had all my cars in for oil changes and work to be done and never have i been upsold anything. They also quoted a repair and when i went to pickup the car the bill was less. Keep up the good work!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Absolutely nobody likes to go to the auto repair shop and I'm sure like me, everybody always feels like they're at a disadvantage. But the guys at this place, specifically Joe and Stephan took great care of me, and I actually felt like they had my satisfaction as a priority. Joe took all the time that was necessary to explain the options to me and help me to arrive at the best possible price, possibly even at a disadvantage to himself! And, when the tires were off the car for the brake inspection, I asked him to rotate them and he did it without question! they also fixed my hood latch and did not even charge me for it!! True, I spent some money on the brakes and pads and calipers, but when I left, I did not feel taken advantage of!! Definite 10 out of 10!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
